No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 14 days before confirmed arrival date on low & middle season and 21 days during high & pick season. Any cancellation made within 14 days during low and middle season or 21 during high & pick season, before arrival date, results the 70% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.

But we had one major problem which freaked my family : the number and size of the spiders, never seen any like it. Also mega hornets and I suspect a nest near by. Needs fumigating. This review is a little unfair as we were the first to stay in the season and with the lockdown, there was a shortage of amenities and staff overall on the island.
